Michael R Jackson – Senior Partner

Michael is the Senior Partner in our long established firm. He has a wealth of experience in Trusts and Wills, Commercial Property, Litigation and Employment. Michael sat as a Deputy District Judge in the course of which he dealt with a wide range of Litigation. He is a member of Resolution, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists and is Secretary of the local Law Society and Editor of a Legal journal.

Hilary Rose – F.Inst.L.Ex

Hilary has been with the firm since 1984 and has considerable experience in all aspects of Family Law
including Divorce, Separation, Financial settlements and Child related issues and in all aspects of
Accident/Personal Injury. Hilary is a member of Resolution, formally the Solicitors Family Law Association
and also the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Jane was admitted in 1987 and is experienced in Commercial and Residential Property and Landlord
and Tenant Issues.

Seb Jackson – Consultant Solicitor

Seb was admitted in 1999 and started at the firm in 2008. He specializes in all types of company and commercial work and has previously worked at Freshfields in London and Brabners Chaffe Street and Pannone in Manchester. In 2002, he was named one of the top 30 young lawyers of the North and is also a former visiting lecturer in Business law at the College of Law, Chester. Seb has particular interests in commercial litigation, shareholder work and acquisitions and disposals. He also has a strong interest in all types of mediation and extensive experience in enduring/lasting powers of attorney.
